American or black walnut (Juglans nigra) is a wood species native to North America but, grows also elsewhere. Black walnut is in many ways similar to  European walnut although American walnut as a wood has a greater technical characteristics.

It has extremely high quality, and is used in industry of flooring and furniture, interior design, interior design of cars, etc. Due to its elegant appearance through history it has been often used to create unique and exclusive pieces of furniture, high-quality musical instruments, as well as the handles of weapons.

 

Black walnut parquet has specific intense brown color with shades of contrasts from dark to light. Apart from the outstanding quality of this wood itself, black walnut has an impressive variety of colour tones and design possibilities. Fiber is straight, but sometimes it has a wavy core that creates impressive patterns makes it the perfect choice for those with the highest expectations.
